The Voice 2014 UK: Team Kylie prove favourite ahead of battle rounds

Kylie Minogue (The Voice 2014)

Kylie Minogue's team on The Voice 2014 is proving to be the most popular going into the battle rounds.

At the end of the final blind audition show last weekend all four coaches have now got their teams of twelve artists.

All week we've been asking you guys to vote for your favourite and Team Kylie has very narrowly come out on top.

The Aussie popstar - who has favourite Rachael O'Connor on her line up of singers - topped our popularity poll with a third of all votes.

But fewer than two percent split Kylie from Will.i.am's bunch of twelve acts, which also has favourites including Sophie May Williams and Iesher Haughton.

It's then so surprise that both Kylie and Will are currently the joint favourites to win this year's series.

Team Ricky also did well in the poll with 26% of the vote but it was Team Tom who were left lagging behind with just 10% of support.

Which of the four teams do you think is shaping up to be the most talented? Vote for your favourite Voice 2014 Team in our new poll below...

In the next stage of the competition - the battle rounds - the coaches will pitch their artists against one another in a series of musical duels, ditching one hopeful in each pairing to leave each coach with a team of six acts.

But the Steal twist is back again this year and it will see the teams get mixed up.

The coaches will each add a seventh singer to their group by stealing one of the artists rejected by their rival mentors.

If more than one coach wants to steal the same person, it’ll be the wannabe themselves who gets to decide which team to join just like in the auditions.

The Voice UK continues this Saturday night on BBC One.
