The Voice 2014: Rachael O'Connor, Sophie May Williams are favourites to win

Rachael O'Connor (The Voice 2014)

Rachel O'Connor and Sophie May Williams are the favourites to win The Voice 2014.

As the battle rounds begin it's Team Will.i.am's Sophie May Williams and Team Kylie's Rachael O'Connor who find themselves as the joint 6/1 favourites to be crowned as the 2014 champion.

Jade Mayjean Peters is next in the betting at 7/1 or it's an 8/1 shot that Iesher Haughton takes the title away from Leah McFall.

At 10/1 apiece Jermain Jackman and Femi Santiago are currently the highest ranked males in the market.

And finally, now that the blind auditions are over the bookies believe that will help Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway trump the BBC 1 show in the ratings at 4/5.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "It's neck and neck between Sophie and Rachael at the moment, and punters cannot tear them apart."

She added: "Although The Voice won last weekend's ratings war, it's hard to see them ousting Ant and Dec every week."
