In a chat on Capital FM's breakfast show earlier today, Jessie commented on her future replacement, saying that they have to be a 'credible' artist.
"I just want someone credible and someone that can really sing because a lot of the audience don't see the amount of work that goes in," explained the 25-year-old.
"I'd love to see someone like Emeli Sande, Adele, Lulu, Annie Lennox. Like, Lulu is like a timeless voice for our country."
Jessie added that she hopes bosses avoid signing "anyone that's not known for their singing", saying: "If anything comes before their voice, their not write for the show."
At least two new coaches are being sought for the third series, with The Script frontman Danny O'Donoghue also having quit the panel.
However, Jessie and Danny may not be the only ones on their way out, as Will.i.am is said to be in talks to join American Idol.
Earlier today, it was also reported that presenter Holly Willoughby is considering signing a 'golden handcuffs' deal with ITV which would prevent her from returning.
The Voice returns to BBC One in 2014.
