The Voice UK needs at least one new coach for next year's series, but who should it be?
Jessie J announced last that week that she would not be back on the series for a third run, saying: "I’ve absolutely loved my time on The Voice and I hope everyone saw and knows how passionately I felt about the show.
"However, I can’t wait to promote my new record around the world and that has to take priority. I shall be keeping a very close eye on series three, showing my support in every way I can and [I] really hope that in some way I can be part of the show.”
There's already been plenty of names linked to the show, ranging from the never going to happen to the just plain ridiculous.
Unfortunately, the BBC's budget means that big names are going to be hard to sign, with Will.i.am currently receiving the biggest paycheck at "just" £500,000, well below that even Louis Walsh gets over on The X Factor.
Jessie's rumoured fee was even less, with a total budget for all four coaches said to be just £1 milllion, significantly reducing the types of stars that the show can possibly attract.
But that's not necessarily a bad thing, afterall, a big music star won't always translate into a great TV personality.
Some tabloid reports have suggested that JLS star Oritsé Williams is currently been wooed by show bosses, but we'd like to keep at least a little bit of female influence on the show.
Scissor Sisters singer Ana Matronic and Lights hitmaker Ellie Goudling are two names have both been linked to the series, and we reckon they're the type of stars that strike a good balance between talent, notablity and budget.
What do you lot reckon? Who do you want to see replacing Jessie J? And should Will, Danny and Sir Tom Jones also remain? Add your comments below...
