The Voice UK coach has warned her finalist Matt Henry and she won't wrap him up in cotton wool if he wins!
Saturday night saw Matt make it through to next weekend's final and will be fighting for Team Jessie next weekend.
But the Laserlight singer has some tough words for him and his rivals ahead of the next week's last live show.
Speaking about not only Matt but all of this year's acts, Jessie said: “We don’t have time to wrap them up in cotton wool. We didn’t have that.
“I can’t imagine having someone like Tom Jones holding my hand when I started. When we’re here, we devote our time to the acts.
“But they have to remember, we’re doing what they’re doing."
In a chat with The Sun newspaper, Jessie added: “We’re just a little further down the line than they are. If we stop to hold their hand our own careers will suffer.
“I’ve told my team, once this show’s over they have to find promotion for themselves.”
And Jessie confessed that The Voice was only the first step to making it, suggesting it would still be years before any of the artists would have successful careers.
“Singing covers on a TV show is very different to the industry," she told the tabloid. "I had seven years before I made it.”
The Voice UK final airs Saturday on BBC One.
