Sir Tom Jones has revealed his final three artists on The Voice 2013, picking Alys Williams, Joseph Apostol and Mike Ward and for the live shows.

The trio of talented performers will sing for the public's vote when the live finals start this Friday on BBC One.

Tonight saw the remaining acts given just one song to prove to their coach why they should make it through.

Mike was the first into the live shows, winning Sir Tom's 'fast pass'.

"The person I'm going to send straight through, you know they are doing something that is in their heart, and not listening to what their peers are telling them," Sir Tom said when making his choice. "It's been a hard decision but the one I'm sending straight through is... Mike Ward.

"The way he sings, he's got a great way of doing it."

Alys Williams then triumphed over Jamie Bruce and Cherelle Basquine with her cover of Everybody’s Gotta Learn Sometime by The Korgis.

Joseph Apostol was the third and final of Sir Tom's trio, beating Adam Barron and Ragsy in the knockouts.

"I've made it hard for myself because each of my team is very individual," Sir Tom said.

He told Joseph: "I don't think it was your best performance tonight but I know what you can do and I know what your potential is."

The Voice 2013 continues tomorrow night on BBC One.
