The Voice 2013 battle results: Our predictions for round two!

It's round two of The Voice 2013 battle rounds tonight and here's how we think things will go down...

In the Battles each Coach must pair up their acts to sing against each other in a vocal showdown to decide who will progress to the next stage.

After each Battle, the Artists’ own Coach must decide who will progress to the next round and who to send home.

But this year, there's an extra twist.

After each Battle, it’s not quite over for the losing Artist. In a dramatic new change to the format, the Coaches can “Steal” a losing Artist for their own team. So if they missed out on an Artist they loved during the Blind Auditions, now’s their chance to finally grab them for their team.

So here's tonight's line up and our predictions...

Team Tom
Elise Evans v Cherelle Basquine
- All About Tonight by Pixie Lott
We're not believing for a second that this song choice came from Sir Tom himself, but it's well suited to both the young wannabe popstars. On paper Elise should easily walk this one, and the Welsh card can only go in her favour.

Team Will
CJ Edwards v Leah McFall
- Way You Make Me Feel by Michael Jackson
A close battle here but we can't help but feel that Will was never that into CJ after essentially having to choose him at the end of the blind auditions. Our tip is for Leah to get this

Leanne Jarvis v Barbara & Carla
- Hero by Mariah Carey
We think Leanne will get Will's backing in this battle, with the Black Eyed Peas star playing it safe rather than risky for a change.

Team Jessie
Nate James v Lovelle Hill
- No Air by Chris Brown and Jordan Sparks
Nate wowed at the auditions and has a proven track record, which leaves us to conclude this could be a very one sided battle, but can Lovelle bring it?

De'Vide v Danny County
- Best I Ever Had by Drake
We think this could be another easy choice for Jessie and think Danny will be sailing through into the knockouts.

Team Danny
Smith & Jones v Conor Scott
- Some Nights by fun
Danny seems to have quite a soft spot for Conor, and we think his Irish roots will help give him the edge over the young duo.

The Voice UK battles continue tonight at 7PM on BBC One.
