Team Will's Liam Tamne has been fired up as the favourite to win The Voice 2013 ahead of the battle rounds.

The West End star has been installed as the tip to make it all the way to live shows according to Ladbrokes.

After his audition last month he instantly made viewers' jaws drop and the firm pushed him right to the top of the betting with odds of 7/1, and punters haven't stopped backing him since.

At 16/1's Moni Tivony also wowed viewers with his version of Bob Marley's "No Woman, No Cry", but the bookies think it will be hard for him to propel himself towards favouritism.

However, Danny's act Abi Sampa (50/1) is proving to be a popular each-way bet with punters this week, and the money suggests she could be the dark horse in this year's show.

Also tipped to do well are Matt Henry, Karl Michael and Ash Morgan.

Angelica Lecart of Ladbrokes said: "Liam Tamne blew us away with his audition and it comes as no surprise to see him as the heavily backed favourite."

However the older contestants - such as Lareena Mitchell, Colin Chisholm and Paul Carden - aren't fancied nearly as much, with odds of 66/1 to win.

But it's duo Nu-tama who are the real outsiders, at 80/1 to win the series.
