The Voice 2013 hopeful Leanne Jarvis has told how she felt like she was singing for her life in the battles.
The former Girls Aloud tribute performer joined Team Will during the blind auditions last month and will be seen singing for a spot in the knockout rounds this weekend.
Speaking about the experience, Leanne said: “It was so surreal.
“I was last on so I had been waiting around all day, then I was handed the microphone and I thought: ‘This is it.’"
The youngster has already auditioned for The X Factor in the past, admitted: “The nerves were getting the better of me so I said to myself: ‘You can do this.’"
She added: “Then the band started playing and I started singing. I felt like I was singing for my life.”
The Voice UK battle rounds start Saturday night at 8:35PM.
