The Voice UK 2013 coach Danny O'Donoghue has apparently been told off by producers with flirting with the acts... and their family.
The sisters of one Irish performer got Danny particularly distracted according to The Mirror newspaper, and bosses weren't happy.
Nor were the live audience at the auditions, who had to wait for The Script frontman to finish using his rockstar chat up lines.
We imagine, anyway.
A supposed source told the newspaper: Some pretty girls caught Danny’s eye backstage and he couldn’t resist trying to impress them.
“He got so caught up with schmoozing, telling jokes and flirting that he conveniently ‘forgot’ all the about the competition and his duties.”
The insider added to the tabloid: "Producers were absolutely furious and told him his attention span wasn’t up to scratch."
It was claimed last week that Danny was turning the show into his own dating series in a bid to find a girlfriend.
"Danny thinks another singer will understand him better, so it’s like he’s turning the show into his version of Take Me Out," another source told Now magazine.
“Of course he’s putting his search for singing talent first, but he’s keeping his eyes open for attractive ladies too,” said the source. “He’s only just got back from touring with The Script so he reckons finding love on the show would be perfect because he doesn’t have time to meet woman.”
Danny himself admitted this month: “I wouldn’t rule out dating a fan or a contestant, no I wouldn’t.”
