The Voice 2012 finalist Tyler James is hoping to return to the show later this year to perform his new song.
Tyler finished as runner up to winner Leanne Mitchell in last years final, mentored by Will.I.am.
He quickly put out a new album, his second record with label Island Music, as well as two new singles, both of which made the top 40.
Speaking to MSN, Tyler said of a possible come back on this year's series: “It would be the most amazing experience ever. But yes, I think it will all come flooding back to me.
“I went to the set weeks ago and I walked into the hair and make-up room, and I instantly got nervous.
“So if I went back, I will probably have the same nerves as I did last year.”
The 'Single Tear' singer revealed how coach Will helped to relax him before the live performances during last year's series.
“Every single week, I would be absolutely terrified, hands shaking until the cameras came on," Tyler explained. “As soon as I open my mouth and start singing, then I just zone out.
“But every week, it would be the same thing. I used to be so scared but having someone like my mentor Will.i.am there helped.
“He told me to believe in myself and to have confidence.”
