"They are an eclectic mix. I feel so honored to be in a position to be able to give something back. It is the reason why I love doing The Voice so much."

It's Jessie and the other coaches' second year on the show, and the 24-year-old admitted she's learned a lot after the first series.
She explained: "I feel a lot more comfortable and a lot more relaxed second time around. I know what I am doing and I understand the format of the show more.
"Overall, the Blind Auditions were stronger this year. I can’t put my finger on exactly why, but I think we had far more ‘better’ people audition than last year. At the same time, there is that extremity where there were a few ‘worse’ people than last year too!"
The Voice UK airs from 7PM this Saturday night.
