The Voice UK runner-up Bo Bruce announces debut album 'Before I Sleep'

Former The Voice UK finalist Bo Bruce has confirmed details of her debut album, 'Before I Sleep'.

It will be released on Mercury Records on April 29th, with track titles including lead single 'Save Me', 'Over and Over', and 'Alive', which was co-written by Danny O'Donoghue, her mentor on the talent contest.

Speaking about the record, the 28-year-old said: "The process of making this album has been extraordinary. It's also been the hardest and most testing time of my life.

"But I've made an album I'm incredibly proud of and I can't wait for people to hear it. For the moment, that's enough."

Bo's album will follow releases from her fellow Voice contestants Tyler James, Vince Kidd, and winner Leanne Mitchell, whose debut LP is set to hit stores on April 8th.

She previously experienced success when 'Search The Night' - an EP she released independently before taking part in the show - reached number 2 on the iTunes album chart. Its producer, Tom Marsh, has contributed to 'Before I Sleep'.

The Voice UK returns to BBC One for its second series in the Spring.
