Jess Wright has announced her exit from The Only Way Is Essex after five years.
In a video message posted to the show's official Twitter account today, Jess told fans she was "stepping away" from the ITVBe series ahead of its return to TV later this month.
"I just want to let you all personally know that after five amazing years on The Only Way is Essex, it is time for me to step away," she said in the message.
"I've had the best time and I'd like to say thank you all so much for your support. You will be seeing me soon and I'm also going to be keeping up with all the goss in Essex. Love you all lots."
Jess is the second star to quit the cast ahead of the new run, following in the footsteps of Ferne McCann who announced she was also taking a break after her stint in I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
To make up The Only Way Is Essex is introducing two newbies who are currently filming with the cast in Gran Canaria.
They are best friends Chloe Meadows and Courtney Green: 23-year-old Chloe, who counts CBB's Megan McKenna amongst her pals, already knows Lewis Bloor, Jake Hall and Dan Edgar while 20-year-old Courtney knows Mike Hassini and Liam Blackwell.
TOWIE will be back on ITVBe very soon!
