The Only Way Is Essex will return to ITV2 on Sunday, September 30 for its seventh series, it's been confirmed today.
A tweet from ITV confirmed this afternoon: "It's back! The Only Way Is Essex returns 10pm Sunday 30 September @ITV2 #TOWIE #essex"
The colourful cast will once again be welcoming us back into their uber glamorous Essex community.
As always, the series will be filmed close to transmission ensuring everything that happens remains as dramatic and explosive as the previous episode.
The series returns following claims from the show's Gemma Collins that a movie is in the works.
Gemma was quoted by The Sun as saying this week: “Yeah it’s gonna happen. If Sex And The City can do it, so can we.”
She continued to tell the newspaper yesterday: “It’ll be fab, everyone will love it, why not?
“We don’t know where it will be filmed, we don’t know when, but I mean we’re just normal people with crazy lives.
“Some people only go out on birthdays and Christmases. We’re out every night of the week.”
And Gemma suggested that the film could see old cast members, such as Mark Wright, Laurne Goodyear and Amy Childs, make a comeback to the series.
She told the tabloid: “Hopefully, if we make a film, we’d all come back together.”
