Holby City actress Tina Hobley has revealed she's still suffering after an injury on The Jump in 2016.
Tina was forced to pull out of the Channel 4 series last year following a crash on the slopes in training.
Tina's nasty accident saw her suffer injuries to the elbow, arm, shoulder and knee, and she's still yet to fully recover more than a year on.
"My physio said just one of these injuries would have been one of the most serious seen on the show," Tina told the Daily Mail this week. "To have all of them was unprecedented."
She added: "I am still having physio and don’t know when I will be back to how I was. It’s changed how I feel because I was always a bit of a daredevil, but that has gone."
But Tina remarked how it could have been a lot worse.
"I still feel fortunate — I have a loving family and a job I love. I was walking through the park in the sunshine last week — something I couldn’t do last year — and I felt a huge sense of being alive. I thought: ‘We’re all happy and healthy. Things are all right," she told the newspaper."
2016 proved to be a very nasty year for The Jump.
Alongside Tina, others who had to quit the show included Mark-Francis Vandelli who fractured his ankle, Rebecca Adlington who dislocated her shoulder, Sarah Harding who injured her knee and Beth Tweddle who injured her back.
Despite the injuries, the show returned for what proved to be a much more successful series earlier this year where Made In Chelsea's Spencer Matthews was crowned champion.
However the run was not without incident, with model Vogue Williams and cyclist Sir Bradley Wiggins among those who withdrew due to injury.
