It's The Jump 2017 semi-final tonight and another two challenges await the remaining celebs.

It's week five of the competition and eight contestants remain on the show.

The stars who have signed up for the series of The Jump 2017 this year and still competing are Made In Chelsea's Spencer Matthews, TOWIE's Lydia Bright, and Olympic gymnast Louis Smith.

More celebs on The Jump this year are rugby player Gareth Thomas and Paralympic medallist Kadeena Cox and model Amy Willerton.

Rounding off the current cast are rugby player Jason Robinson and Camilla Parker Bowles’ niece Emma Parker Bowles.

Last week saw Olympic taekwondo champ Jade Jones become the latest to be eliminated while model Caprice Bourret had to quit the show due to illness.

In tonight's penultimate episode, the remaining competitors battle it out for a place in next week's grand final.

And if the Ski Jump itself is a long jump, then the Air Jump is the high jump, and to progress to the next round the competitors need to jump as high as they can in latest event.

But that's not all: The celebs will also have to tackle the Giant Slalom - longer and steeper than the Parallel Slalom.

The celebrities go faster with the Giant Slalom than on any other course in the competition, as they bid to stay in contention for being crowned The Jump Champion 2017.

Davina McCall returns to present the show this Sunday night.

The Jump 2017 airs at 6:30PM tonight.
