Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan turned down an invite to join The Jump 2017 - joking that it could have KILLED her.
But she drew the line at the Channel 4 winter sports contest, believing it could have left her for dead.
"Hilariously, they asked me to do The Jump on Channel 4," she told The Daily Star.
"I found that hysterical. I would actually end up dead if I did that show and couldn’t believe they asked me!
“My mum always watches it and she said: 'Oh my god, can you imagine you on this?'. I would be absolutely awful."
The Jump is regarded as one of the most dangerous shows on telly, after seven celebrity contestants withdrew from the last series due to horrific injuries.
Despite this, it returns to C4 on Sunday with its most impressive line-up yet - including Britain's most decorated Olympian, Sir Bradley Wiggins.
Last year's winner Ben Cohen has defended the show, saying he would even go back for a second stint.
Meanwhile, Helen will be back on Corrie next week after agreeing to return to the cobbles as Rosie Webster.
