Spencer Matthews has insisted he has no worries about taking on The Jump 2017.
In fact, he didn't even bother to read the contract when signing up to the latest Channel 4 series.
He told Heat magazine: "There must be one with the show, but I didn't really read the contract, I just signed it. If you break your leg, you break your leg. I think you can only blame yourself – you must be doing something wrong if you hurt yourself."
The Made In Chelsea star continued: "I love my competitive sports and I'm not particularly worried about the injury factor. If you go skiing or snowboarding with friends, there's just as much chance of getting injured.
"Just because lots of people got injured last year, it shouldn't make any difference to our competition this year."
More celebs on The Jump this year are rugby player Gareth Thomas and Paralympic medallist Kadeena Cox and retired pro cyclist Bradley Wiggins.
Others on the cast are footie player Robbie Fowler, Big Brother housemate Josie Gibson, Olympic taekwondo champ Jade Jones, rugby player Jason Robinson and comic and TV host Mark Dolan.
Rounding off the line up are model Vogue Williams TOWIE's Lydia Bright, X Factor singer Jake Quickenden, model Caprice Bourret and Olympic gymnast Louis Smith.
Meanwhile, The start date for The Jump 2017 has now been revealed, beginning on Sunday, February 5 2017 on Channel 4 with host Davina McCall.
