Over the past six weeks a total of sixteen celebs have been involved in The Jump. Seven have been forced out due to injury while four others were axed after the jump, one of them leaving the competition TWICE.

It's been by far the most chaotic series of the show to date but we're now approaching the last hurdle and have our five finalists.

Meet the contestants who have made it this far on The Jump 2016 below...

Ben Cohen

The Jump 2016 - Ben Cohen
Rugby hunk Ben was brought in as a replacement for one of the show's many injured stars. Joining in week three, Ben didn't get off to a great start after facing the air jump in his first weekend. He lost to Tom in the moguls in Week 4 to jump again but in the semis got a ticket to the final after beating Sid Owen and Brian McFadden on the ski cross. .

Tom Parker

The Wanted's Tom had started training alongside the main line up as a reserve and was called up to join the show in Week 2. The favourite to win, Tom has so far avoided the jump having come out on top in every event so far to sail straigh through to the final. Ahead of the final, Tom said: "It's either go big or go home".

Sid Owen

Sid Owen - EastEnders actor
One of the original line up of stars, Eastenders star Sid hasn't had a great run and competed in the jump EVERY week. However he has always managed to avoid elimination by recording solid distances and heights. Sid said: "It would mean the world to me if I won."

Dean Cain

Dean Cain - Actor
Competitive actor Dean has had some ups and downs throughout The Jump. He began 9th out of 12 on the leaderboard in the skeleton but aced the snow cross, parallel slalom and moguls. In the semis he had to jump after failing to finish the ski-corss but recorded a long enough distance to make the final. Dean said: "It's time for the cowbell to go Stateside."

Tamara Beckwith

Tamara Beckwith - Socialite
Doing it for the ladies, Tamara has been a part of The Jump this year from Day 1. While she faced the jump in the first show after the skeleton, Tamara proved as tough as the guys in the snow cross before being beaten by rival Heather Mills in the slalom. The socialite went on to triumph over Sid in the Moguls but was wiped out by Dean in the Ski Cross, jumping for her spot in the final.
