Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls is returning for 2018 and the celebs on the cast have reportedly been revealed.

A new Celebrity line up for the all star spin off of The Island with Bear Grylls will head out into the wild soon.

The latest set of celebrities are signing up for what will be the third series of the survival reality show.

In aid of charity for Channel 4's Stand Up To Cancer charity campaign, the Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls sees a number of celebs dropped on an inhabited island.

Alongside a pair of camera crew - who are living in just the same conditions - the celebs arrive with just the clothes they're wearing and a handful of basic tools in order to survive four weeks.

The Sun newspaper reports that model and TV personality Jo Wood plus Emmerdale actress Roxanne Pallett have signed up to the series.

A source told the tabloid: “The Island makes other reality shows look like a walk in the park. Jo and Roxanne are looking forward to the challenge but are secretly dreading it.

“Roxanne in particular loves her creature comforts – but you can’t even take a toothbrush onto Bear’s show."

Joining the pair are said to be Love Island's Montana Brown, journalist Paris Lees and TOWIE's Pete Wicks.

More names on the cast include actor Martin Kemp, boxer Anthony Ogogo and Olympic rower James Cracknell.

The celebs will begin filming later this year, with the show typically airing in the autumn on Channel 4.

The Celebrity Island will follow the main series of the show which concluded at the end of April.

The Island with Bear Grylls' 2018 series saw a brand twist seeing with the contestants split into two groups based on their wages.

One group earned an average of £100,000 a year while the other took home less than the national average.

A total of 16 people were sent to live on an uninhabited pacific island with just the clothes on their back and a few basic survival tools. As always, they're filming everything that happens themselves as they try to survive for five weeks.
