Iwan Thomas has admitted regrets over his behaviour on the Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls.
The Olympian has been slammed for viewers for his actions on the show, with some branding his behaviour 'misogynistic'.
Speaking after the experience, Iwan told ITV's Good Morning Britain: "I think my problem was, being the eternal sportsman and being big and strong, and I thought when I first got on there was the most energy I was going to have and I tried to use that.
"And 100 per cent I regret that I went off so much like a bull in a china shop because I wore myself out.
"And I certainly said and did some things which now - reflective - looking back at the Island think 'I shouldn't have said that."
The men on the Celebrity Island this year have been repeatedly criticised by viewers for their antics, from their 'misogynistic' comments to laziness.
"Some of the men on here are an embarrassment to the species #CelebrityIsland," one viewer tweeted.
Another agreed: "The men are USELESS... simple as that. Shazia deserves an award with the largest cheque... EVER! 😩😩😩 #CelebrityIsland"
And a third concluded: "The men on this are a waste of space #CelebrityIsland"
Tonight's latest episode saw two more celebs quit.
Olympian & TV presenter Sharron Davies and Actor & Rizzle Kicks singer Jordan Stephens both requested to leave the island after two weeks.
Celebs left living on The Island alongside Iwan are comedian Mark Watson and Actor Ryan Thomas.
They're joined by Former TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh, Former Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton, Comedian & writer Shazia Mirza and TV doctor Sara Kayat.
