Celebrity Island 2017 celebrities beg for help as huge storm strikes

The remaining celebrities on Celebrity Island 2017 with Bear Grylls tonight are left in desperate need of help.

The latest episode airs tonight at 9:15PM on Channel 4 following the Great British bake Off.

Celebs currently still living on The Island after four weeks include Olympian & broadcaster Iwan Thomas and Actor Ryan Thomas.

They’re joined by Former TOWIE star Lucy Mecklenburgh, Former Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton, Comedian & writer Shazia Mirza and TV doctor Sara Kayat.

Last week saw yet another celeb leave when comedian Mark Watson was forced off the island for medical reasons.

He became the fourth to go after a double exit the week before when Olympian & TV presenter Sharron Davies and Actor & Rizzle Kicks singer Jordan Stephens both quit.

They followed Breaking Bad actor RJ Mitte depart off the Island, who was the first of this year’s contestant to go home.

In tonight’s latest episode, after nearly a month on the Island the end is in sight – but nature has one last surprise for the group.

After enduring brutal storms and little food for three weeks, a medical check-up reveals the group are now dangerously underweight and could even be at risk of organ failure.

However the shock revelation doesn’t keep lovebirds Lucy and Ryan away from one another…

Later, Iwan Thomas decides to head into the mangroves on a secret night hunt to kill a caiman crocodile – but he ends up getting lost.

Meanwhile, Mel urges her campmates to build a waterproof shelter, without success.

Later on the mother of all storms strikes the island and the group is brought to its knees, with the stars fearing they’re all going to die.

Mel and Lucy send an angry ultimatum to Bear’s safety team for emergency blankets and handwarmers as the celebs face their worst night on the island so far.
