The group group of familiar faces are made up of celebrities from the worlds of television, music, sport and comedy.

Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls' line up

The celebrity version of The Island will be much the same as the regular series that concluded its third run earlier in this year, although slightly shorter at two weeks.

The celebrity contestants will be left on an uninhabited island in the Pacific with just the clothes they're wearing and a handful of basic tools.

They'll have to make shelter, hunt for food and keep safe: The latest run saw one contestant flown to hospital after falling from a cliff while another had to give himself stitches following an accident with a machete.

The four part Celebrity Island with Bear Grylls series airs Sunday nights at 9PM.
