The Island with Bear Grylls is back for 2016 with a third series and there's a new twist.
In year one we saw one group on one island, last year saw two groups on two islands and for this year we'll have two groups on one island.
But in a twist, they'll each be unaware of one another's presence at beginning.
Eight men and eight women will each be left on opposite sides of an uninhabited island in the middle of the ocean.
As with the past series, they'll have a handful of rations to last them a day, a few basic tools such as knives and little more.
There is no production team or crew following them as instead the islanders film everything themselves.
Bear Grylls will as always be overseeing the whole thing and is very excited to see how it all works out.
"We wanted to take this season to the next level and putting men and women together was the natural progression," he said. "It is easy to assume that this will turn into a battle of the sexes, but in truth it is much deeper than that and is a battle for survival.
"That's not about gender or how big and tough someone may look, that's about mental strength and character."
Bear went on to tease: "People have said, 'Oh my God, if you put men and women on an island together, it's going to be carnage' and in many ways it was carnage, but not always in the way you might expect.
"The two groups didn't meet until after they'd been in their respective groups for a few days, and the fireworks followed from that. People are so on edge, anything that rocks the boat is going to be difficult.
"But it's also not what you'd expect. With the men and women together, you'd think it would be all about sex, but these people are on the edge, they have so many more important things on their mind - literally day to day survival: thirst, hunger, bites, fatigue and fear."
The Island with Bear Grylls: Chris is back on Channel 4 at 9PM from next Monday, March 28.
