On The Apprentice 2012 this week, Lord Sugar sends the candidates to Scotland, where they must make gourmet grub and sell it on the streets of Edinburgh.
Leading Phoenix, Project Manager Adam opts for Italian meatballs, and tries to maximise profits by cutting costs and the sizes of meatballs.
However his team aren't convinced it's a winning strategy, with Katie and Stephen expressing concern as Adam reveals he wants to price the dish at £5.99.
The teams will have one day to sell from mobile units, but when Phoenix pitch up outside a football match, they soon find that fans will not fork out for what's on offer.
In the afternoon the pressure is on to shift what is left, prices are slashed and hopes for big profits fade.
