It's a case of turning rubbish in to cash on tonight's Apprentice, as Lord Sugar tasks the candidates with upcycling.

Giving both teams £1,000 seed money, the groups have to buy second hand goods and turn them into profitable products to sell at their shops.

Leading Phoenix's sub-team, Katie, Adam and Stephen search for hidden gems at a South London junk shop.

But while they reckon they have a made a good deal, as they walk out with a truck load of stuff for just £30, the owner is left unimpressed.

He said: "There's a lot of things here that would turn a nice profit, but they missed every single piece. They ended up with two metal shares that, to be truthful, aren't even worth their money in scrap."

Will Phoenix's mistake cost them? The Apprentice 2012 airs tonight at 9PM on BBC One.
