Former Apprentice winner Stella English is reportedly suing Lord Sugar after she was apparently forced to quit her job.
Stella won the show back in 2010, picking up a £100,000-a-year job with one of Lord Sugar's companies; however her contract was not renewed for a second year.
The 33-year-old has made no secret of her unhappiness with how things have gone since the show ended, moaning previously that her £100k job was no more than a glamorous secretary.
She warned: "Lord Sugar has forgotten one of the first rules of business –never underestimate someone who’s got nothing to lose."
But sources close to Lord Sugar have blamed Stella for her own departure.
One told the Daily Mail: "Lord Sugar had tried to help Stella. When she was unhappy in one job he moved her.
‘But it was Stella who left just two months before the contract ended, she was desperate to go."
Neither party has so far commented on the situation.
