We quite liked Felicity Jackson on The Apprentice 2011, even if she did lack quite a lot of leadership skills. The 24-year-old got the axe last night after Lord Sugar's beauty task but was big enough to put her hands up today and admit: Lord Sugar made the right decision to fire her!
It's not often we see fired candidates admit to being in the wrong, but Felicity explained: "I don't think Lord Sugar made a mistake.
"I got very involved in the selling of the products. I didn't really take a step back and look at the whole project and see that the profit margin was in the services.
"I tried to make sure everyone was happy all the time - that was my downfall."
Speaking to The Sun today after her exit, Felicity revealed that she'd like to see Zoe go on next week’s show. "I think she was very harsh with Suzy and that's not my type of management," she said. "She did look happy when I lost. It's very harsh."
However the down to earth business hopeful joked: "But we did do badly, so I think anyone would laugh."
Meanwhile on Lord Sugar himself, Felicity revealed: "He's not scary, but he's a very powerful man and he can be a little bit intimidating, you kind of have to psyche yourself up before you go in [to the boardroom]"
The Apprentice 2011 continues next Wednesday at 9PM when the candidates are tasked with creating a new brand of pet food.
