The candidate on the latest series of the BBC One show is currently still in the running for Lord Sugar's £250,000 investment, with the interview stages airing Thursday.
If it doesn't work out for Jessica, it seems as though she's already planning a back up option for cash: A stint in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
She'd be far from the first former candidate to enter, following in the footsteps of Saira Khan, Katie Hopkins, Luisa Zissman and James Hill.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper, Jessica said: "At this point in my life I want to embrace every opportunity that comes my way.
"I'm so lucky to be on The Apprentice, it is a career platform and whatever opportunity come my way I've just got to embrace it.
"I'd like to be in the CBB house – I think going in there would be life changing."
As it happens, Jessica could end up in the house with former Apprentice candidate and CBB housemate Luisa.
Luisa teased fans she could be set to join the Celebrity Big Brother line up up next month, as part of the all stars twist.
So could Luisa - who first appeared on the show in 2014 - be back?
The Apprentice runner up teased on Twitter yesterday: "#CBB ALL STARS!!! 😱😱😬😬👊🏻👊🏻 cannot wait for Jan 👁"
"Won't be worthy of the all stars title if you're not going back in," one fan wrote in response.
Another added: "Please tell us you're going back in 😱"
Channel 5 is not confirming any names for the series ahead of launch.
Celebrity Big Brother returns to Channel 5 on January 3 at 9PM for what will be its 19th series.
