It's the last task of The Apprentice 2016 tonight as the candidates are tasked with creating a new brand of gin.
Those that survive tonight's show will go forward to the dreaded interview stages, where they'll be one step away from the final.
Tonight, the remaining six candidates are summoned to the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich where Lord Sugar sets them the challenge of creating and producing the spirit of the moment – gin.
With the final in sight, the candidates are all desperate to impress and they battle for the last chance to be Project Manager after a switch of teams.
Courtney ends up taking charge of Alana and Jessica while Grainne heads up Trishna and Frances.
Each team then splits to their distilleries to dream up their spirit and matching cocktail, while the rest brainstorm names for their brand and design an eye-catching bottle.
While Frances brands her team's spirit, Grainne and Trishna get a little carried away with the taste testing, getting tipsy before the day has even begun.
It leaves them unable to finish the bottle as Frances is left talking to their voicemail in an effort to get the task done.
The next day the hangover seems to hit during the pitch, as any hint of personality dries up.
On the other team, Alana takes charge of making the gin and knows exactly what she wants.
But Courtney can't decide on a brand, split between his ideas of 'Giin' and 'gXn'.
There are more problems when it comes to their pitches. Jessica disagrees with Courtney and Alana about whether to tell a retailer about some negative consumer feedback, leading to the group all barking at the buyer at once, and Alana dismissing their messy pitch as a ‘waffle-off’.
Later, when Courtney, Alana and Jessica pitch their bubbling, red and white gin cocktail to a bar, they are told it is too reminiscent of Halloween to work for them
After all the pitches are wrapped up, sales orders are totalled and it's back to the boardroom for the results.
Tune in to find out who will be the next candidate to hear Lord Sugar’s immortal words ‘You’re Fired’ on Thursday 8th December, 9pm on BBC One and BBC One HD.
Meanwhile, on You're Hired on BBC Two tonight, host Rhod Gilbert is joined by guests: international entrepreneur Frances Dickens, broadcaster and Apprentice fan Sara Cox and comedian Nathan Caton for a fresh and unique take on the highlights of The Apprentice as well as the first exclusive interview with the fired candidate
