Or perhaps the I'm A Celebrity jungle may be his thing.
Thursday evening saw Lord Sugar set the two teams their latest challenge which involved selling products at a boat show.
When it came to the results there was a clear winner with Frances Bishop leading her team to their first victory this year. Frances’ team brought in over £40,000 worth of sales while Karthik, who as project manager of his side, managed less than £200.
It was one of The Apprentice's worst results in history and Lord Sugar showed no mercy when it came to PM Karthik.
“Karthik, listen to me, there is no excuse, you have been a diabolical project manager. I don’t even trust you to bring anybody back into this boardroom. Karthik you’re fired!” Lord Sugar declared.
Chatting after his exit, Karthik revealed plans to start a media career and has already been linked to Big Brother.
He certainly wouldn't be the first candidate from The Apprentice to appear in the CBB house, following the likes of Luisa Zissman, Katie Hopkins, Saira Khan and James Hill.
"I've had calls here and there, nothing concrete, but we'll see what the world brings out for me after this," Karthik said after his exit. "I'm keeping my options open. I never knew that this would take off this way - it could be the one-liners that they're calling Karthik-isms?"
On Big Brother and I'm A Celebrity, he added: "I mean, it's got a certain image. I like it, but the jungle comes across as slightly a bit better. I don't know, this is what people are telling me."
Time will tell...
The Apprentice continues Thursday nights on BBC One with Celebrity Big Brother back on Channel 5 in the New Year.
