The Apprentice 2016 is back on Thursday night and here's a first look at the new task.
In the latest show, Karthik Nagesan works his charm as a personal shopper for a potential customer.
It's week four and The Apprentice 2016 candidates that remain in the fight to become Lord Sugar’s business partner are summoned to the Draper’s Hall. They learn that for their next task, they will each be taking over a department of the world-famous department store Liberty of London.
The teams must introduce and sell new products as well as offering a personal shopping service for posh shoppers with very specific tastes.
With bags, scarves, jewellery and more potentially costing over £1,000 an item, every single sale counts as the teams race to profit.
In a bid to help increase footfall and notch up sales, each team also takes charge of a window display to showcase their products.
On his team, Karthik offers his talents as a personal shopper and proves a surprise hit with clients.
Claude Littner tells cameras: "Karthik has somehow become a little more confident and suddenly he's a fashion guru and offering advice.. and believe it or not, the customer is accepting it and he's doing quite well."
However Clause isn't as kind about the group's window display.
The abstract concept of 'New York skyline meets Majorca beach sees Claude react: "I don't get it!"
At the end of the date, sales are totted up as the candidates head back to the Boardroom to face Lord Sugar.
The candidates are ready to hang each other out to dry as the winner is revealed but only one team’s story has a happy ending.
But which candidate finds their customer service isn’t up to scratch and this will be the last chapter in their Apprentice story, as they hear the words “You’re Fired”?
The Apprentice 2016 airs Thursday night at 9PM on BBC One.
