The Apprentice 2016's Jessica Cunningham has been branded a "cry baby" by former candidate Luisa Zissman.
It was after Jessica had a mini meltdown over jeans in last night's show.
Project manager Jessica led her team to a photoshoot to make an advert for jeans... minus the jeans.
"What do you mean you can't find the jeans?" remarked Lord Sugar's helper Karren Brady. "So you're doing photographs for your jean campaign without your jeans?"
Jessica then begun to cry and blubbered: "I'm sorry..."
Karren told her: "Jessica, go outside and take a breath and clam yourself down."
Writing in her column for The Sun newspaper, Luisa took aim at Jessica over the mishap.
"I felt bad for her but there really is no room for cry baby women in business," she wrote. "It just gives us a bad name when we are constantly up again testosterone-filled men.
"Women please don’t cry at work, there is no place for crying at work! It bugs the hell outta me."
Luisa added: "I think Karen felt the same as me, when warm as ever, *eye roll* she told Jessica to sod off outside and compose herself."
However the The Apprentice 2013 runner up went on to add: "I really like Jessica so I’m pleased she managed to pull it together on the second day."
When it came to Lord Sugar's latest boardroom decision, Luisa also gave a brutally honest opinion.
"A girl called Natalie got fired who had made as much of an impression as a wet fish," she said. "She won’t be missed, I can’t even remember her doing anything at all really."
The Apprentice 2016 continues Thursday nights on BBC One at 9PM.
