Luisa Zissman has slammed the "boring" start to The Apprentice 2016.
The former candidate has given us all her views on the new series and she's not too impressed.
Luisa, who made the final in 2013, didn't hold back with her comments about the show and latest candidates.
She complained: "Generally the whole tone of the show was downtrodden and a bit, well, blah.
"I can’t help thinking The Apprentice needs a shake up and a bit of modernisation – when will we see them using the Internet to Google the value of items, eBay to sell them and plugging their stuff on social media? This format feels a little in the dark ages now."
Writing for The Sun, Louisa added: "I suppose if it was too easy we wouldn’t be able to scream at the TV that we could do a better job!"
As for the candidates, first to be fired Michelle Niziol came under particular criticism from Louisa.
She said of Project Manager Michelle's leadership of the girls' team: "It was like a disorganised mess, no strategy, no guide prices... the usual Apprentice stuff we see with them trying to outdo each other to the detriment of the team.
"Monotone Michelle was an easy and obvious firing. Firstly she was SO dull to watch, secondly she was crap."
The Apprentice 2016 continues Thursday nights at 9PM on BBC One.
