It's The Apprentice 2015 final TONIGHT on BBC One with just two candidates left to battle it out for the £250,000 investment.
Vana Koutsomitis and Joseph Valente are the last two contestants remaining and this evening one of them will become Lord Sugar's new business partner.
And there's no love lost between the two as Vana declares: “I’m here because I want to create an impact on the world, he’s here because he wants to become a billionaire.”
For the pair's final task, they must launch their proposed businesses by creating a brand, TV ad and launch campaign before pitching them to Lord Sugar, Karren Brady, Claude Littner and industry experts.
As is tradition, the former candidates return to help the finalists as they set out to create a company fit for Lord Sugar.
Vana's business plan is a dating app and she takes charge of her team, declaring as they design her logo: "I don’t really want too much fun.”
Enemies Richard and Charleine work together on a dating video for Vana's app, with Richard demonstrating his best model poses.
Charleine quips: “A few weeks ago I could have throttled him and there he is down on one knee to me.”
But an unimpressed Vana critiques: "You look like a freak.”
Meanwhile, filming the ad for Joseph's plumbing business ends in chaos as the candidates struggle turning their hands to acting.
After Mergim helps Joseph to come up with a company name, he goes on to star in the TV spot with Elle but she can’t keep a straight face: “How can you not laugh at that face, look at it!”
She later reflects on their efforts: “It’s starting to look like a 1970s porno.”
On launch day, the finalists step up to present their plans to 200 leading industry experts and Lord Sugar himself.
Joseph starts his presentation: “I would like to go back to where it all begin. And that starts with myself, which just happens to be my favourite subject.”
The candidates face the biggest pitch of their business life to an audience that could make or break their aspirational dreams in seconds.
But it's not until the boardroom that Lord Sugar delivers his final decision once the business plans have been fully evaluated and ad campaigns assessed.
After twelve long weeks, Lord Sugar's search for his new business partner is over.
The Apprentice 2015 final airs TONIGHT on BBC One from 9PM.
Straight after a 10PM, in You’re Hired Jack Dee meets the winner, runner-up and Lord Sugar himself to discuss the tears, triumphs and most memorable moments of the past 12 weeks. They’ll be joined by old candidates past and present, and a panel including You’re Fired comedian Romesh Ranganathan.
