The Apprentice 2015 starts THIS WEEK on BBC One and Karren Brady says it'll be the toughest yet.
It's series eleven and Karren is back as one of Lord Sugar's aides, this time around joined by Claude Littner.
That's not the only change however with Baroness Karren saying that the new batch of Apprentice candidates are in for some of the hardest tasks yet.
As always there will be twelve weeks of challenges testing every part of business from selling to marketing.
Karren revealed: “Because the format is quite well-known now Alan has been working very hard on making tasks very complex and very different and I think people back home will enjoy.
“I think because the prizes are a quarter of a million pounds and a fifty fifty partnership, Sir Alan wants to make sure they have all the skills not just the on paper business plans.”
Meanwhile, in a chat with the Daily Mirror newspaper, Karren revealed how we'd NEVER see her in any other reality show.
She remarked: "I would rather eat my own eyeballs than do reality shows like I’m A Celebrity."
The Apprentice begins Wednesday night on BBC One and continues on Thursday.
