Young Apprentice 2012 will start on BBC One in November, Lord Alan Sugar has revealed.
The third and final ever series of the Apprentice spin-off will return for an eight week run next month.
"I just heard that Young Apprentice will start in November and run for 8 weeks up to Xmas week," Lord Sugar tweeted.
He added to his millions of followers: "I will let you know the exact date and times "
It was revealed earlier this year that the BBC had decided not to renew the junior series after its upcoming third outing.
It had been reported by The Sun that Sugar wanted to concentrate on the adult version, which was recently renewed by broadcaster BBC One for two more years.
A source told the newspaper: “Lord Sugar is passionate about encouraging kids to become entrepreneurs but he won’t be doing more."
Taking to Twitter to clarify the reason that the spin-off series will not be having a fourth showing, Lord Sugar tweeted: "Decision to make further series taken by BBC not ME.The Sun and radio stations are talking rubbish.”
