Tim Prottey-Jones has become the latest contestant to be eliminated from Andrew Lloyd-Webber’s Superstar search.
Following their third live performance on Tuesday night’s show, Tim and David Hunter found themselves in the bottom two after receiving the lowest number of votes from the public.
The pair sang The Long and Winding Road by The Beatles before Lord Webber decided which of the pair to save.
It was Tim’s second time in the bottom two, having been saved by Lord Webber the night before.
This time Lord Webber opted to save David, arguing that he had more connection to the music.
David and the remainder of the final eight contestants went on to sing again.
Superstar continues all this week on ITV1, with special guests the Scissor Sisters singing on tomorrow's live show.
