Former England cricketer Michael Vaughan has signed up for Strictly Come Dancing 2012.
According to The Sun, Michael has agreed a deal to join the show's celebrity line up for the new series in September.
But he only signed after reassurance from pals, including footie star Robbie Savage who took part last year.
"Michael was chuffed that the BBC asked him to take part. But he was really uncertain about it," a source told the newspaper. “He had to think hard about having to dress up in pink and sequins and learn how to dance in front of millions of viewers.
“He asked a lot of his sporting mates if he should do it and Robbie immediately told him to say yes, as he had such a great time in last year’s show.”
This year's Strictly is set to get a bit of a shake up, with new judge Darcey Bussell joining the show.
The series will also have a new production team, who have already got to work on refreshing the show by axing pro dancer Katya Virshilas.
