Arlene Phillips has said she definitely won't be returning to Strictly Come Dancing this year... because she’s too busy with other work!
The former judge denied rumours of a return to the show after Alesha Dixon's exit last month, insisting she doesn't even bother to think about the show any more.
Arlene, who was axed in 2009 and replaced with Alesha, said: “I just don't pay any attention to it.
“I've not discussed it for over two and a half years now, so I'm not going to start now after all this time. I didn't know I was the bookies favourite – I don't even know how that works!"
Speaking to the Manchester Evening News, Arlene continued: “And even though I keep getting asked about it, I don't even think about it - I'm so busy doing so many things.”
Instead, Arlene revealed her plans to move from dance to fashion, with her first line of plus size women’s wear.
She explained: “I've had emails from people saying they were going to a party or wedding and they didn't want to go because they had nothing to wear."
