Strictly Come Dancing 2011 judge Alesha Dixon has warned this year's hopefuls that she won't be tolerating slacking in training. Speaking ahead of tonight's second show, Alesha told this year's celebs they could never train enough!
Alesha, who took over as a judge on the show in 2009, previously won the dance contest in 2007.
Advising this year's bunch of stars, she told DigitalSpy: "My main thing is don't slack in the training. Don't put four hours in and think you're going to be okay.
"I remember doing ten hours a day training from Monday to Friday when I was on the show. Then we'd finish the show on Saturday and I'd get dragged to training on a Sunday."
She continued: "I used to get to Friday nights and think, 'I don't think I've mastered it yet'. Matt [Cutler] would say, 'There's not enough hours in the day'.You can never train enough.
"I think that willingness and dedication is a key to winning though."
Meanwhile Alesha also revealed that we could be expecting more drama from the judges than ever this year, with the panel being equipped with microphones attached to their dresses and suits.
"Now Bruno is free to get up on the desk," she said. "I'd put money on it. Apparently Bruno did it on Dancing with the Stars already. If Bruno doesn't get on top of the desk on Strictly I'll be very surprised.
"He'll probably end up doing a lap around the ballroom... and then the mics will go back under the desk again next year."
