Joe Sugg has hinted at a romance with his Strictly Come Dancing pro partner Dianne Buswell.
It was Stacey Dooley who won Strictly Come Dancing 2018 on Sunday night, beating rivals Ashley Roberts, Faye Tozer and Joe to lift the glitterball.
After the live show, Joe took to Instagram to celebrate the series.
And sharing a cosy picture of himself and professional partner Dianne, Joe wrote online: "I may not have won the glitter ball, but I’ve won something a million times more special."
The post quickly sent Joe's millions of online fans into a spin, notching up over 750,000 likes in an hour.
Meanwhile, Joe told the Daily Mail newspaper: "I may be 95 but I could see that twinkle in his eye - and the way they looked at each other. He brought Dianne over to meet me too and that’s a sign that there is romance in the air. She seemed like a lovely girl - I think he might be head over heels."
The news follows repeated reports of the pair growing close throughout the series, with the Daily Mirror saying Dianne and Joe had become "inseparable".
An insider claimed: “Backstage they are inseparable even when they are not rehearsing. When they are sitting on sofas together there legs often intertwine and they are very tactile with each other.”
Another source claimed to The Sun newspaper: "They are not calling each other boyfriend and girlfriend just yet, but they’re definitely more than just friends. They are very fond of each other.
"They are hoping to stay in the contest for as long as possible and are trying to focus on dancing for now, but they’re seeing where things go.”
However, Joe told the Sunday People last month "There's nothing in it. If we were dating, everyone would see it.
"There's nothing in it. If we were dating, everyone would see it."
It all follows Strictly Come Dancing professional Dianne splitting from her boyfriend.
The pro dancer, who joined Strictly last year, had been dating Emmerdale actor Anthony Quinlan for 10 months.
However their relationship is now over, a spokesperson for Dianne confirmed earlier this year. A rep for Dianne said: “Due to their busy schedules and distance they have split but still remain really close friends.”
Strictly Come Dancing airs on BBC One.
