Lawyer and general attention seeker Nancy Dell'Olio has been tipped to take part in Strictly Come Dancing 2011, leading the show's line up according to the Mail on Sunday. The 49-year-old is most famous for being the ex-Wife of former England coach Sven Goran Eriksson.
"She is under consideration but we are talking to a number of people about their availability," a BBC insider told the newspaper today.
A friend of the star added: "Nancy’s a huge fan of the show – and enjoys being in the limelight. She has long been on the Strictly bosses’ radar – and now she feels the time is right to take the plunge."
Other 'celebrities' lined up for the show include former Tory MP Edwina Currie and Tony Blair's ex-spin doctor Peter Mandelson.
