Telly presenter Claudia Winkleman has revealed she feels "ridiculously sad" not to be hosting Strictly Come Dancing spin-off It Takes Two this year, saying she loved being a part of the BBC Two series. Speaking to Closer, Claudia said she can't even talk about the show any more!
It was first revealed in May that Claudia had quit It Takes Two, with her pregnancy now in full swing and her third baby expected to arrive in August, weeks before the new series starts.
Brunette beauty Claudia told the magazine: "It’s just bad timing. I feel ridiculously sad about it. I loved being a part of the show. With older kids the timings really worked because I could take them to school, pick them up and do their homework. Then I’d race to the TV centre, put on a lot of orange make-up and talk about the Foxtrot – and still get home to put them to bed.
"But this pony or goat or whatever it is that is in my tummy will be too little."
But Claudia revealed she and judge Len Goodman would still be dancing together "Me and Len have got a deal – I think he’ll probably come round, and we’ll do a bit of dancing while I’m holding Rita or Neville, whatever we call it," she says.
Meanwhile on Strictly Come Dancing host Sir Bruce Forsyth's recent Knighthood, the King Of star added: "Isn’t it brilliant? I mean, about time! He’s adorable and I can’t believe I’m not doing It Takes Two.
"I can’t really talk about Strictly without getting very hormonal and weird."
