The sister of the Duchess of Cambridge Pippa Middleton has been reportedly offered a five-figure sum to appear on Strictly Come Dancing this autumn. The 27-year-old, who rose to fame after showing off her pert bum at the Royal Wedding, is top of the Beeb's hit list.
According to The Sun, the BBC are willing to go to "any lengths" to get her to appear on the BBC One dancing show when it hits screens again in September.
A source told the newspaper today: "Pippa has become almost as famous as Kate since the wedding. It would be a huge coup to get her and give the show global appeal."
And pal close to Pippa herself added: "She's a bit overwhelmed by all the attention and considering her next move very carefully.
"She is conscious that her sister is going to be Queen one day and is determined not to do anything embarrassing.
"But she loves Strictly and if she was sure her appearance would be handled correctly she'd be keen to slip into sequins."
The paper claims that bosses have been trying for years to get a royal on the show, which is hosted by Tess Daly and Sir Bruce Forsyth.
More likely stars to appear on the show this year include Chris Tarrant, Fern Britton and Robbie Savage.
