She's left 14 celebrities fighting for victory on the BBC One series.

Debbie McGee topped the leaderboard after two strong performances saw her score a total of 64 out of a possible 80. The strong start to Strictly saw Debbie cut to 5/1 from 25/1 after week one and shorten further to her current 4/1 price.

There are two celebrities standing in her way however, despite her high score. Aston Merrygold has been eased out to 5/2 from 2/1 after placing second with 63, but remains the favourite to win.

Alexandra Burke is breathing down the former JLS star’s neck at 3/1 after she stole the show in week two with her passionate Paso Doble.

Mollie King, Gemma Atkinson and Joe McFadden are all priced at 10/1 with Davood Ghadami and Jonnie Peacock both 11/1 shots.

The rest of the celebs are outsiders with Charlotte Hawkins 66/1 after drifting out from 25/1 following a disastrous second performance and Susan Calman, Ruth Langsford, Brian Conley, Richard Coles and Simon Rimmer all 100/1 to win.

Aoife Heffron, Spokeswoman for BoyleSports commented “Debbie McGee has gone from a 25/1 shot to the 5/1 third favourite to win Strictly Come Dancing after just too performances. The support for Debbie to win has been unrelenting and should she continue her high scoring performances she will be topping the betting as well as the leaderboards.”

She added “Aston Merrygold was the heavily supported favourite to win before the launch, but after week two he has been eased out to 5/2 from 2/1 as the high standard of this year’s celebs becomes apparent.”
