Here's a preview of Gemma Atkinson and Aljaž Skorjanec in training for Strictly Come Dancing 2017.
The pair were coupled up in last weekend's launch show and have been working hard in rehearsals on their very first live performance.
The first Strictly songs and dances were revealed last week, with Gemma and Aljaz set to Cha Cha to There’s Nothing Holdin' Me Back by Shawn Mendes
In this video we see Gemma working on her very first steps in training.
"At the moment I feel I'm struggling with my hip movements," Gemma tells cameras.

She explains: "The steps I can remember but it's the hips and there's little ripple thing I can't do. I will practice at home in the mirror. It's a sexy move and I can't do anything like that, no chance."
Aljaz adds: "We're definitely going to have to work on Gemma's balance. She finds it hard to dance in heels, which is completely normal, so I think doing it every day in her dance shoes is going to help a lot to improve that."
Gemma continues: "I need to perfect all the moves, the techniques, the timing, look like I'm not counting, look like I'm not relying on him to keep me steady....
"There's loads more to it than just me getting the routine and I'm fully aware of that."
Strictly Come Dancing 2017 is back on TV this weekend on BBC one as the live shows start.
Fortunately for the celebs, no one will be going home at the weekend with no elimination for the opening show as usual.
However all the dances will be critiqued and scored by judges Bruno Tonioli, Craig Revel Horwood, Darcey Bussell and Shirley Ballas and those marks will carry forward to the next week where one unlucky celeb WILL get the boot.
Strictly Come Dancing starts its live shows this Saturday, September 23 starting at 6:25PM.
