Who's on Strictly Come Dancing 2017 this year? Here's a look at the current likely line up of celebrity contestants.
As rumours continue, two Olympians are currently at loggerheads for the Glitterball trophy.
Retired Olympic gold and silver heptathlon champion Jessica Ennis-Hill and Olympic gymnast Max Whitlock are head-to-head as the early 9/2 joint favourites to win. Matt Goss from Bros and 2008 X Factor winner Alexandra Burke are following closely behind at 11/2 apiece.
King of the Jungle Joel Dommett is 8/1 to add the Glitterball trophy to his list of reality TV accolades.
Robot Wars TV presenter Angela Scanlon is next in the betting at 16/1 alongside EastEnders’ Samantha Womack and Paralympic swimmer Ellie Simmonds.
Other names linked to Strictly are Emmerdale's Gemma Atkinson, footballer Frank Lampard and marathon runner Paula Radcliffe, who are all 20/1 shots, as well as Dame Joan Collins (33/1) and Gogglebox’s Steph and Dom Parker who are both priced at 50/1.
Aoife Heffron, Spokeswoman for BoyleSports commented: “The Strictly Come Dancing line-up rumours have already started to swirl and should they be correct we are in for a very competitive year.”
She added “It isn’t just the Olympics that Jessica Ennis-Hill and Max Whitlock have in common as they are joint 9/2 favourites to win Strictly already. They aren’t the only firm contenders for the Glitterball trophy however as Matt Goss and Alexandra Burke are hotly tipped at 11/2.”
