The winner of last year's series will dance with Karen Clifton, who had been partnered with Will Young on the show.
Ore's partner from the series, Joanne Clifton, won't be able to appear in the tour as she is starring in a new production of A Thoroughly Modern Millie on stage.
Ore said: “I’m so excited for Joanne, because she has wanted to do theatre since she was a child, so she’s living her childhood dream, and like any friend I’m just happy for her that she’s happy.
"But yes it’s a shame she’s not on the tour as she deserves to go out there and meet the crowds each night as champions to say thank you to everyone for supporting us.
"But we will be flying the flag for JC every night of the tour, and I do get to exchange one phenomenal dancer and woman for another!"
Speaking to the Manchester Evening News ahead of today's first tour performance, Ore continued: “We’re keeping it in the family with Karen, I was immediately inducted into the Clifton family at the start of my Strictly experience, we all get on so well and it’s been a seamless transition, I can’t wait to go out there with Karen.”
And reflecting on his time on Strictly, winning the glitterball, Ore concluded:: “The whole thing has been like an out of body experience.
“I haven’t stepped off cloud nine yet, I feel like I’m still floating. It still baffles me.”
Other celebs and pros on the Strictly 2017 tour are Louise Redknapp and Kevin Clifton, Danny Mac and Oti Mabuse, Ed Balls and Katya Jones (*except Manchester dates), Daisy Lowe and Aljaž Skorjanec and Lesley Joseph and Gorka Marquez.
Strictly Come Dancing will be back on TV for its new series later this year.
